You may have missed it, but Ireland Japan was an absolute cracker

It was on an awkward time and many people missed it as a result, but Ireland Japan was an absolute cracker of game.

After an eventful afternoon at the Aviva Stadium, and fantastic performances from both sides, Ireland take the win against Japan with a final score of 39 - 31.

Five Ireland players - Chris Farrell, Jacob Stockdale, Josh van der Flier, Peter O’Mahony and James Ryan started against Japan in the last encounter between the two sides at the 2019 Rugby World Cup with Dave Kilcoyne, Joey Carbery and Jordan Larmour featuring off the bench that day in Shizuoka.

Japan played some great stuff.
