The law tweak to look out for this Six Nations

World Rugby will be implementing a new law tweak this Six Nations that will be in force in the men's, women's and under-20s games.

The law is regarding hookers in scrums and avoiding axial loading, which is the pressure put on their necks before the scrum. Where hookers would usually drop their 'brake' foot back before engaging in order to provide more power in the scrum, the law now states that hookers must have a 'brake' foot forward at every scrum. A free kick is awarded if any team fails to do so.

Ben Kay outlined this new law superbly on BT Sport last night ahead of Gloucester's fixture against London Irish, aided by Topsy Ojo and Craig Doyle. Take a look:
