Henry Arundell officially a freak of nature with massive bench press
As far as future stars go, they don't come much brighter in English rugby than Henry Arundell, who marked his comeback in an England shirt with a try against Italy on Sunday.
The fullback/wing has played very little rugby this season since making his debut for England against Australia in July, and missed England's entire autumn campaign with a foot injury. The same injury kept him out of the opening match of the Guinness Six Nations against Scotland, but he made a try scoring return from the bench against Italy to take his strike rate to two tries in four Tests.
But something that is arguably more impressive than his tries to games ratio is his bench press, where England recently shared a video of the 96kg back benching 140kg for three reps. To put that into perspective, that is the same amount as Sonny Bill Williams was reported to be able to lift, and the 20-year-old was repping that.
Though some fans did call out that the weight was actually 120kg, England insisted that there were smaller weights on the side that could not be seen.
