FOOTAGE: 22.5 stone prop's hideous bit of filth will embitter backs everywhere

Doncaster Knights prop Joe Sproston is a big boy, tipping the scales at 143kg.

And if you haven't heard of him it might surprise you that he is both fleet of foot and of a mind, as it this clip shows. The big props sees the ball pop out of the side of a ruck in his side's match with a Cardiff Select XV recently and shows great awareness of his teammates and skill to flick the ball up 'King Carlos style'.

What makes it better is the ball finds it's way back to him seconds later and he trucks over to score the try.
